We thought we had everything working. This is the FRC Code 2005 2.2, when we send it to the robot via IFI we get that error. What is it? Also note that the ifi is able to send last years code fine. Our compiler version is 2.4.

Where did you see this "error message"? I imagine it must show up in the IFI Loader's terminal window. What version of the loader are you using?

I agree with Zan that it looks like a memory dump. Exactly what file are you downloading? I haven't been able to identify a "FRC Code 2005 2.2".
