i think i understand the intellectual property involved and technically Dave is right but at the same time since most of the photos are from these forums would Brandon Martus actually have permission to distribute since he "owns" the photos now?
anyway i think we are going way to far with this because he was just doing something to improve the FIRST community and while i agree that proper intellectual property laws should be followed i think instead of fighting over if he is correct or not, we should be looking for a solution so that teams can continue to use this resource. on a side note:i took the pictures from team 73 and 1405 from last year and you have permission to use them
