I'll suppose I will chime in as well.
We provide pictures on ChiefDelphi.com as a central place where you can go view them while you're discussing robotics. All pictures, once uploaded, are publically accessable and fair game as far as I'm concerned. If we didn't want you to download them, we'd put measure into place that would disallow that (showing them via flash, etc). If you didn't want them to be available, you wouldn't upload them. I, personally, just hope that if you're spidering anybodies galleries for images you would let them know or give them credit on your site. -Brandon
