Re: Meeting Length

Our team meets:

MTTF: 3-5/ 5:30
Weds: 2- 5/5:30
Sat: 1-4.

Those are when we say the meetings end, but usually we stay later. This week seemed to be the beginning of extra hours... Last year we had some late (midnight, 1, 2 am) nights which were productive, but driving home was never too fun!.

Re: Meeting Length

our schedule jumps around quite abit but usually we meet 3 or 4 weekdays from 5:30 to 8:30 and then on saturdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm. During the last week or two of the season if we are behind, then we met more days during the week.

Re: Meeting Length

The schools I help / work with

One School - Takes about 1 hr or more depending on what needs to be covered / If there is any actual work going on Afterwards.

The Other School - Thats TBD but I'm pretty sure its more then an hour since there in class the entire day.

As far as students at the meetings it varies, and is at least a dozen or more for both schools

Meetings are held on multiple days and on weekends if necessary

We don't... thank the lord.
We have to pay about $2,000 a year for our school, yet we do NO damage whatsoever, everything is put back better then when we came. And yet the town spends millions on a new football field...

Re: Meeting Length

5 to 9 Monday to Thursday. Friday didn't have any meetings the first two weeks, but now it is 4:00 to 11:00 pm. Saturday has meetings from 10am to 5pm and Sunday has meetings from 1pm to 5pm. From a chart I did last year for health class (what you did during one week), Robotics was 33.5 hours (more than, surprisingly, school for that week). The chart was made closer to the end, but it is pretty accurate to this year's attendance.

Re: Meeting Length

The schedule of each of the students on my team varies pretty significantly and it seems almost as if we work in shifts sometimes. My schedule is pretty consistent, though, and is as follows:

Monday --
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM -- Work
6:30 PM to Sleep -- Robot Design
Tuesday --
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM -- Work
5:30 PM to 11:00 PM -- Robotics Meeting at Microsoft Campus
Wednesday --
See Monday
Thursday --
See Tuesday
Friday --
See Monday or Wednesday
Saturday --
9:00 AM to 7:00 PM -- Robotics Meeting at Microsoft Campus
Sunday --
Day of rest (except for when I'm doing robot design)

To answer the second question, we have about 10 dedicated students and 6 mentors that come often. At some meetings during the week, we get around 15 or 16 students.
