Should there be a section for the 'camera' under 'Programming'

So do you think we should have a section for the camera alone since there are growing number of threads in programming section, especially camera related quetsions?

I am for it because I see growing number of questions related to the camera and the same questions are posted again and again. Maybe we could also add another section for encoders and autonomous programming?

Dave Lavery emphasized to make the software better so we might as well get things more organized in the programming forum here. Those are just my thoughts

I was thinking of the same thing recently while trying to "clean up" the programming forum. I think its a good idea but we will have to see what Brandon says about it.

I added it and moved all the obvious threads into it (subject contained 'camera' or 'CMU'). Moderators, feel free to move threads in there, if you see them.

I know this idea has been thrown out once before but I'll throw it out there again.

How about an additional sub-forum under "IT/Communications" for threads dealing specifically with computers, routers, modems, networking, ect so they don't get "lost" in the Chit-Chat section?

The only reason I brought this up is that with that Chit-Chat poll we had a few months back we discovered a good many people on here don't bother with the Chit-Chat section. If someone posts a thread asking about an issue they're having with thier computer they're missing out on getting an answer from many knowledgable people here on CD who won't see the thread with Chit-Chat being the current area for those types of threads.

Anybody got any thoughts for or against this?

[EDIT] Brandon, if you think I should make a seperate poll/thread for this let me know.
