I assume you mean the Control system. Yes, you can use it as long as you update to the latest firmware from www.ifirobotics.com.

Bharat,

I know for sure that the 2005 OI must be used this year. You can use the 2004 OI for practice but not for competitions. It will not communicate with the field computer for 2005.

I'm not sure about the RC. Do you know for certain that the 2004 RC is OK to use?

Mike

I cannot be 100% sure, but we had a spare control system from last year. I updated the firmware as directed by IFI and used the new code, it works just fine. The camera works and we put are use it on our robot for practice purposes. Let me post on the IFI Forums and see what they say.

/EDIT
You are very right, the 2004 controller cannot be used at the competitions.
Refer to this place: http://www.ifirobotics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=262
The RC will "somewhat" work. I'll leave it upto you if you want to use it or not.
Sorry for the misinformation earlier.
/EDIT
