FIRST Scrimmage in Connecticut

One of the student members of our team, heard that there is a scrimmage in Connecticut, that uses an actual FIRST field and associated equipment. Is this true?

If it is, does anyone have any information? Is it worth going to? Who hosts it? (It can't be FIRST, can it?) Where is it? When is it?
