Christmas Tree Lights On The Controller

Here's a new oddity of the system:

Under certain circumstances (in this case, related to low voltage), the controller lights will light up in a pattern:

1. Green blink
2. Red Blink
3. Green down the row
4. Red up the row
5. Repeat

It's very cool, and very freaky. Any enlightenment?

Hold down the program button for about 30 seconds and it does the same thing.
Its probably some diagnostic mode..
