Team 93 Takes.....

Congrats team 201, 303, and team 93 (my team) for going all the way topp the finals in the einstien division, we were defeated by, 311,308 and 180 who put up a fantastic fight against us and ended up going to the finals, and competiting in one of the most rememberable matches I have ever seen!

Special thanks to team 201, for drafting us, and being our alliance partner again like in the motorola midwest regional where we took 3rd. You guys are the best and long live the box design.

Also a special thanks to team 303, your speed made us one of the best alliances out there, with your great driver, we were able to out manuver other teams.

On another note a special thanks to team 930, who were a WI rookie team who seeded 8th in their division, You hacve a great team and great people on your team who i have personally made friends with.

One other thanks to team 45, the technokats, who are are long time buddies. Thanks for the great award (lol) it is always a pleasure to see you guys in action, on and off the field.
Long live FIRST
Tyler

I would have to say that team 303 really impressed me.

In fact, I would go as far as to say that they are the most powerful bot out there. Right along with the technokats. Sorry t-kats, but they may even be more powerful. (Maybe find out at IRI?)

They were very easily pusing around powerhouse bots like 308, 180, and 188. Even 312 with their immobility mechanism down.

The only downside of this bot is their high center of gravity. They were flipped on the side by 308 that one finals match. The following match they outpowered them pretty well, but 308 did some pretty good driving and pulled off the win.

Thanks for the nice comments. Congrats to team 93 for doing so well this year. You guys continued where you left off in Chicago... and to think that team 93 wasn't going to Florida... ha!

As for the power, there are many teams who showed that they have tons of it. For some reason, we seemed to misplace ours somewhere on the Archimedes field in the semi-finals.

Congrats to the NEW Apple Corps!

Yes, you did great yourself. Sorry to hear you didn't quite make it... it woulda been great to see you guys play against some other great teams...

Yeah, there were lots of teams with plenty of power to play around with. I was totally amazed at how powerful some of these teams really were. The entertaining part about the finals was watching some of these powerful teams going at it (like 180 & 111; 303 & 188). Just some examples. Too bad team 60 couldn't have gone agains 308. That would be an interesting matchup...

But, the competition in general was great. Thanks for the fan

Hope to see you guys at IRI! If you need any help give T93 a ring!

WHAT?

303 better than the technocats??? No way, Their custom tracks simply outclass our 4 wheels. When I saw the pictures of those metal treads chains, my mouth watered, but the team decided to go with wheels instead (how original )

Thank you SO much for the kind words. This really means a lot to our team. Last year, we had a great bot, and we were buried at the Nats, after getting #1 seed and second place at the J&J midatlantic (Buzz 175 beat us by one black ball )

Thsi year, we placed 18th/36th at J&J midatlantic - not great. But this year in florida was a real switch.

Thank you again for your words of praise. Any more and I think some of us will starting purring...
