Camera Only Tracking Green

I thought I'd have this figured out by now but I haven't so I'm turning to all of you.

I've had the camera hooked up for awhile now and have been doing lots of playing around with it. My problem is I can only get it to track green. This is true when hooked up to the RC or the Cam GUI.

Has anybody seen this and do they have any suggestions?
