I haven't had time to read through all this (just got back from the shop
 ) but I would say yes, it is bad for your health. Sleep deprivation and metal absorbtion (like fine aluminum dust) are not good for you. Robotics probably brings down your physical health a little bit, but increases your mental health a lot, unless of course that aluminum starts to make you forget things. What was I saying??
