Re: Who do you think are the most identifiable teams?

I think a better question is:

Is there a situation where you can't see MOE coming from across the building?
That green really makes you see them coming.

Re: Who do you think are the most identifiable teams?

Team 233 was one of the most identifiable to me, even before I joined them. That hot pink really stands out from all the red, black, blue, and green. Also, 47 and 111 have been very identifiable for a long time due to both their colors (orange and tie dye) and their always having very good robots.

Watch out for 759 at NYC this year, you wont be able to miss us... our t shirts are something special, with our British flag being a rather major part its going to be along the lines of this i think. (but as a short sleved t shirt, not a sleveless)

I would have to go with 71, but it seems to me that you guys are missing Baxter Bomb Squad, 16.

Re: Who do you think are the most identifiable teams?

I agree with the vote for the Bomb Squad. You can't miss the chant in the pit on their way to the field (they still do that, right???). The big "BBS" on the shirts stands out too, but not quite as well as the "Bomb Squad" used to.

Team Rush #27, if I recall correctly, also has some pretty nice jumpsuits.

BOB #85 has always been a favorite of mine with the garage suits.

Re: Who do you think are the most identifiable teams?

180 SPAM and 179 SWAMP were the first ones I noticed at my initial event.

At UCF regional last year had to go to not just 233 but Krunch 79 with their guys in coconut bras and hula skirts. Takes some guts to do that.

Nationally I vote MOE. I bet you can see those shirts even in the dark.

Re: Who do you think are the most identifiable teams?

two years before i officially joined team 233 (which i'm pleased to see has been mentioned by many people on this thread ) the first teams i ever noticed were S.P.A.M with the Superman Logo (what a coincidence... that day i ended up wearing a Superman shirt instead of a pink shirt or something) and our sister team, Combat with their camo pants and yellow shirts (the next year i wore a camo shirt.. lol figures. i learned to wear pink to competitions from then on) also, who can miss the Children of the Swamp in their bright green? or the Flashbacks in their tyedie? besides those teams, and my own , i'd have to say our alliance partners in NYC last year; the British team and the purple Wizard team, with their capes and all. (sorry for complete lack of team numbers or even proper names; i dont really remember teams by their number, but rather what color they are/what the look like). MOE of course is hard to miss, and Buzz was hard to miss at nationals too. and theres team 79 the navigators (i'll always think of them as Krunch though). who could forget the guys dressed up with coconut bras, and balloons in their shirts, their bright blue color scheme, and the multicolored zipties found in many teammembers' hair? there are tons of other teams who are memorable for different reason, but those are just the first ones who come to mind.

for those of you who dont show up on this list, dont be discouraged! just like previously mentioned, teams are also very well remembered for their robots... although it is true that a team may be remembered more for screaming "good morning" to every single team in the pits every single morning, or for running around and shooting people with air cannons. thats just life.

this year i hope to see many more teams with creative ways to be identifyable... not just veteran teams, but rookies as well!

Re: Who do you think are the most identifiable teams?

Some good news and bad news. We have changed out shirts back to the BOMB SQUAD in bold on the back of the shirt, but because we lost out corporate sponsor, we can not use anything that says Baxter. We have been racking our brains on a chant but we just can't think of anything that is as noticeable as that coming out of the pit. If you guys have anything, it would be a great help. I would agree the Hawaii Delphi team is a noticeable team with all the bright colors. Thanks!

Thanks Greg. Team 38 has made a promising showing in the past... the time has come for us to show ourselves again... this could be the year.

As for my personal list: 237 (sister team), 236 (techno ticks<- their easy to remember chant heard throughout the pits), and Buzz (black and yellow, you just have to smile while looking at them).
