It is harder to have many differences in the abilities of the actual built robot, there are a few different things you can do...
But the main reason that everyone has an arm is because you need it to score any significant amount of points.... Unlike last year, where you could do many things, this year ist just stack and stack. And if you do not stack and just pust some tetras to the bottom area, you only get one third of how many points that you would get if you stacked. And of course most people want to get the most amount of points they can, so they all build something with an arm. The differences between the robots will be with the speed, stability, and several other noticable things that aren't as noticable. |
