Thanks 60 and 64

I'd like to thank team 60 and 64 for the great alliance they made with us (144). We had a great run there.

Cool

I still think we were cheated on our last match. There is no way that two robots on the same alliance can have power outages at the same time. But none-the-less thanks for choosing us and we loved playing with you.

As much as I hate to admit it, I don't think 60 lost total power, but they only lost their light. But that sucks that your bot lost power because we had that match won until then You guys were playing great defense... oh well though, better luck next time huh?

Cool

The driver of our team, Brian Berke, has watched the video multiple times and he swears that we both lost power with exactly 24 seconds left on the clock. Impressive that they still only won by one point though isn't it?

I'll have to check out some of our videos tomorrow on that match... I was only going by the fact that they hooked up their tether after the match and their light would not come on, but the rest of their machine seemed to be working fine...

Thank YOU!

It was great of you guys to choose us as your alliance, and we had a great time. Just want you to know - many of our team members are still wearing their hats!

And no, our robot didn't loose power in that last round. Our drivers said the light went out of our robot, but it did NOT loose power. I guess 64 loosing power is just another one of those things that reminds us all that winning competitions with FIRST is somewhat based on luck, and many times if anything can go wrong, it will. However, we ALL came away winners because our alliance was so willing to work together - win or loose. THAT'S what makes the whole experience so wonderful.

Thanks again both 144 and 64. Hope we get the chance to work with you both again next year!

Talking luck ha

It was a miracle. WHile i hated having to win that way 64 dying saved us. You guys had an amazing allaince that gave us the closest run for our money we every got. If we had to do it again, i don;t know who would win.

i think we did great

hi there this is tenae the human player from team 60. i think that team 144 and team 64 were great. I do feel the same way that we were jip in our last round but here is the thing, even though we were jip we still were a great team together how many of the 700 teams there can say that they came in third out of the country. my only regret was that I didn't make one more ball, because together with the people and the robots that made up our alliance we should of won. so thanks to all the wonderful people that made this year so much fun. lol hope to see you next year have fun.
