 Programming isn't that hard once you get the hang of it. It has a steep learning curve like math. One day your trying to figure out 1 1, then the next day they throw x and y at you. How do you mean? You need to have the Vic power line run off of a breaker, which (if I understand Vics Right) just gets passed through to the other side (I think the control circuitry gets power of the pwm cord), so essentially there's a 20+amp breaker in line. Just check FIRST's rules on how high an amperage the breaker needs to be.

this should be in the electrical forum. i dont think it is necessary to put a fuse when you have breakers that can trip. i dont believe it says anything against it in the rules.
