Last year there was a way to completely reset the controller buy pressing 2 or 3 buttons together for 4 or 5 sec. One of my teachers told me that just pressing the reset button the the controller doesnt fully reset the controller.

Well, "factory default" is the wrong term, it is actually a hardware reset.
We used it last year when the robot controller wouldn't respond to anything. |
