I like that flash intro, it's pretty good, however the pages themselves could be better.

For example, the navigation buttons seem to have something odd about them, perhaps the color or the font, maybe the grey background fill behind them?

Also the page background of the picture collage is VERY distracting, and honestly it seems a bit annoying, no offense
If viewed in 1024 x 768 resolution the page is justified to the left, try and make the entire table aligned dead centre.

I Like the embeded PHPBB news section, saves updating time and I like your binary number header. There could be more content but I guess you might still be working on that.

Overall, good job with the website, see you at GTR and Waterloo
