Re: [ECDU]: who is driving this year?

I'm operating at one of our 2 regionals plus offseason - I may be a driver for that, but that is the distant future as far as my team is concerned.

Re: [ECDU]: who is driving this year?

I have been promoted from arm driver to robot driver, and our lead programmer is going to control the arms. We make a good team as long as no one else is barking orders at us. We use 6 simple commands Arm up/down, Extend out /in and claw up/down.

I've been choosen as first arm driver, although i won't be at most of UTC
Things have been crazy, but drivers are finally choosen for us. Too bad no one else of the drivers is active on CD

Re: [ECDU]: who is driving this year?

Looks as if me and Bharat will be staying in the same spots this year, with me at base driver and B at Arm. Should be an amazing season. Looking foward to meeting all of y'all.

I'm driving the base for the second year running. Still don't have an arm driving. There are like 5 kids who all want to be it though.

For the second year in a row I'll be driving the meat hooks (aka the arm), and Jimmy will be controlling the base.

Re: [ECDU]: who is driving this year?

Me and the arm operator were testing the robot in the final days and just made sure we were both on the same page and used the same terms in the movement of the arm, claw, and robot. Come Thursday we will really see how well we communicate if it doesn't work out we can give someone else a try, operating the arm not driving the robot

I will be driving our 'bot this year, and a good friend of mine will be operating the arm this year. We have pretty good communication together so it should be a pretty awesome year.

Re: [ECDU]: who is driving this year?

I am driving the robot again 2nd year running. I dunno I might retire after this year and become the coach.... I dunno we'll see what happens this season. It also depends on what kind of drive train we come up with next year, if its something really sweet i might come out of retirment.....

GO 1403!!!
