Re: pic: West Coast Collaborationz and Team 254 Present

I believe 22, our gracious hosts for the second leg of our exchange program to Southern California this year are the other part of this collaboration, or so the scuttlebutt has been.

Now I hope that we are allied with them again in the elims

You're right, we're working with 22 pretty extensively this year - their robot is almost identical. But we still share a lot of strategy and design with 60 and vice-versa, by no means are they "out" of the collaboration.

Team 60's robot also looks very similar, save the end effector.

Re: pic: West Coast Collaborationz and Team 254 Present

On the website for 254 it says you guys can pick up three tetras at once... I'm wondering where you get the tetras from... do you have to knock them off one by one from the auto loader, stack the three together on the floor, and then pick all three up from the bottom one? Or do you have a tricky way for the human player to load them on there? or can it all be done from the auto loader... I'm very curious to know...

and any problems snatching a tetra from a loader and still being on the HDPE triangle... it looks like your arm sticks our pretty far from your base.

We can stack 3 or 4 ourselves, we can pick up a stack that a partner has stacked for us, or we can load them from the HP stations.

We don't have a problem being on the HDPE loading area.

I think you should have waited or asked 60 for permission before posting their robot picture. Just my thoughts on it.

They're in publicly available image galleries on their site.

My rule of thumb is if I don't want someone to see it, I don't put it in a place where it can be found.
