Re: Peachtree Regional Internet Access?

There actually was one last year, behind the practice field

Cyber Center:
I’d say there is a 99% chance
As of today, there will be at least 4-6 computers set up at the same location.
We will be double checking the computers tomorrow to make sure they will work when we get there. I am also looking on getting a few more computers there right now.

If worst comes to worst……I WILL ATLEAST HAVE MY COMPUTER!!!

Re: Peachtree Regional Internet Access?

We'll be running a wireless connection if we can, and you can come hook up your laptop manually. We should have plenty of spare CAT-5s
Our sponsor who donated the computers to use last year sold them since then =\

Re: Peachtree Regional Internet Access?

The Circuitrunners did a great job of providing access for everyone last year, (THANKS!!!) and I'm sure they will do a great job again this year. I hope so, I'm in the same boat and need to either be able to communicate with work a couple times during the weekend.

See everyone at the regional!

Re: Peachtree Regional Internet Access?

Ok, it is official that we will have at least 5 computers at the cyber center.

Wireless network – YES, it will be available. Please contact a cyber center representative for information regarding the network.

The use of the computers will be limited to scouting, FIRST, and business purposes.
Please NO GAMES and NO INSTALLATIONS on these computers!

Re: Peachtree Regional Internet Access?

You can always launch windows under a very limited user with only firefox allowed to run...

Anyway, I have to applaud the CircutRunners, they set it up at VCU and I was on it a few times a day check up with some things. Very good guys!
