I would probably say interstellar exploration would be cool.

I'd do that, but only if it was able to go at the speed of light...otherwise things could get boring.

I'd probably just throw a dart and see what develops

Of course, the dart method is good, too. I'd probably play the "spin the globe and point to a place" game. To anyone who hasn't played that game, do; it's fun.
