Lol! Actually I was more concerned about having one of my legs making it over the boards but not the other one...

Last Year (2001) was my most memorative year.

(1) We Won the Rutgers regional by tie breaker 2.666666 points!

(2) We won Leadership in Controls in Philly!

(3) We Won Philly!

(4)Ranked 9th in Newton Division in Florida.

(5) Came close (so close...) to being picked by Beatty, that was our chance at the Gold. (closest we have ever come)They didnt like how we scored the big ball by backing up to the goal. So they picked a team that scored it infront of them. On a brighter note team 176 picked us as their first choice. Second pick in the division!

On top of all that it was my first year as driver!

Brian

my most memorable moment???

I would have to say was at the KSC Regional, OUr tema was doing pretty good, and during one of our matches, we ripped 311's arm off, ACIDENTALLY of course! But I still remember it, so affter that, they came back, and rammed our robot, well it got really blown up, and i don't think that we are to good of friends right now, though i think the whole incident was funny...

Another moment now that i think of it would be when, at Epcot, we were playing the 2nd place team, and they were heading for home, and we did NOT want to get beat by them... and so, we grabbed on to them, and pulled them back with us, they were a little to heavy in a way, and fell onto us, then the other robots fought, and to tell you the truth, we were all so confused by looking at the field we had no odea who won... turns out we did, and it was our greatest victory of that day, at least, untill we got picked for an alliance later.. but we'll leave for another story...

Talking Moments....

This being my first year involved in FIRST, I don't have that many, but there were some good ones from MMR this year, my favorite were all the matches that were so close, like the 38-37 one when we were with Wildstang, but the best one was when we won our first match in our semi-final when us and the FEDS (201) pulled 2 goals and a robot out of scoring position into our endzone with about 20 seconds left, I've never seen so many people jumping up and down and screaming in my life, and I don't think I have ever hugged that many people in that short amount of time. We really shocked the #2 alliance (71, 107, and 519) in that one and it gave them a scare on their championship run. Man was that great, I think the people that were at MMR would agree!
