Team 97's BAE Highlight Reel

Boredom + Windows Movie Maker brings you Team 97's BAE Systems Granite State Regional Highlight Reel:

http://web.mit.edu/first/www/05media/05reel_512.wmv

It is rediculously overdramatic, but fun! I apologize in advance for the editing bias of the video (particular notes below)...but that is what a highlight reel is for. Congrats to all the teams at BAE!

1) To the Nutrons (Team 125): The video does not do justice to how effective your defensive strategy was. You prevented us from scoring at least 3 or 4 Tetras over two rounds.

2) Team 88 and Team 246: I used the clip of our high-scoring 70-0 win. I'd like to acknowledge here that most of those points were due to you guys...we just helped with the defense.

3) Team 213: I felt really bad cutting the video of our last round with our center cap because you guys did a great job recapping it right afterwards.

Wow, you're bored, and you are an MIT college student. You must be really smart.

Really good video, and I enjoyed watching it. The visuals have a good match to the audio.

Maybe boredom is the wrong word. Procrastination is more accurate.

No reasonable amount of hits to this video could bring down MIT's server. However, judging by the time of your post, you may have witnessed something very rare: MIT's server (all of it, including www.mit.edu) was down for about 15 minutes this evening. Try the link again now.

Re: Team 97's BAE Highlight Reel

yep I think you're right, it works now. And isn't the kind of ironic, one of, if not the, leading tech school's server going haywire ;-)
