Field Clipboard Handouts @ GTR
While at FLR, I had a clipboard with useful stuff in it. On the outside, I had a laminated playing field diagram. When talking to drive teams, this was a useful tool to have to draw out general strategies, starting positions, etc with dry erase pens. Sometimes, it was useful after a match to show a partner what they said they'd do and how far off they deviated from that strategy.
Would teams at GTR like to have a clipboard of their own for drive teams? We may mass produce them and hand out one to each team (along with a pen) for the regional so that all teams can know (and remember) what the strategy is. With so many robots on the field this year, being gung-ho and trying to do it all yourself doesn't seem to work. Trust your partners. |
