Ref 2: umm... guys we really should (gets cut off by first ref) Ref 1: quiet this penalty regarding 1071 is really important!! (refs continue to talk despite ref 2 trying to tell them about there unsafe practices) Safety Inspectors burst onto field: What are you doing!!!
