Re: What helps you get through homework?

I usually listen to music for math. I can't have any distraction while doing lit. Also doing a short block then surfing chiefdelphi then more homework then more chiefdelphi. Unfortuneatly that means it takes a long time to get homework done. With this method however at least it gets done.

Too late.....

I find that most of the time I find myself doing homework w/ the TV on and something to drink (Powerade, etc.). If I'm writing a paper or doing something on my computer I usually listen to some music (Classic Rock & Alternative).

Re: What helps you get through homework?

Music. Or some other distraction. I can't just do homework, i like NEED to multi-task. I either have to be doing a lot or nothing at all. Soundtracks, usually. I pull out Les Miz and can be finished my homework by "i dreamed a dream". Unless i'm in a singing mood. then it could take me to the end of the show.

Talking Re: What helps you get through homework?

Well, it's not really homework, but miniskirts, track jackets, and music help me get through webdesigning hrs on end.

-I don't know why, but when i wear a miniskirt and track jacket, i do really nice work. I think it's one of my "quirks" as a techie, but hey, I have proof, just visit our website.

Re: What helps you get through homework?

It helps me knowing that this HW isn't hard so I just can wait for Junior or Senior year or even Sophomore year for that matter b/c this HW is easy cheese. Also since I only get it on Tuesdays and Thursdays really helps me through it. And I'm supposed to be in Pre-IB where did the HW go? I had more HW in 5th grade.

Re: What helps you get through homework?

Homework...

You mean that thing your supposed to do at home and not at school right before they check?

When my work gets done at home (about 50% of the time, the other it gets done at school late/early) I listen to my iPod. What songs? Usually U2 something, I don't know why but "Sunday Bloody Sunday" just gets me into that homework mood.
