Re: 05 World Wide High Scores

we might not have the highest score in the nation but getting a 100 point score at the new jersey regional with 237 and 303, then getting those 104 and 110 point point matches make us feel pretty darn happy.

Re: 05 World Wide High Scores

I'm also quite interested in single robot high scores - how many tetras capped a game by a single robot, disregarding rows.

Team 694 was able to cap 6 tetras, 5 in manual and 1 in autonomous (4pt corner) once or twice during the qualifying rounds of the NY regional.

Hmmm, I beleive they said "Anyone who beats 120 today" as in, sorry guys, but only 173, 53, and 1027 are getting KKD. I may be incorrect though.

Um........ I believe it was anyone who broke the 120 at Chesepeake, I don't believe other regionals were being included, but I am having a tape of the nasa satelite feed sent to me, so I can get a clarification on the wording eventually, and does anyone have proof of the other high score, like a picture or something?(I am referring to the 130+)

Re: 05 World Wide High Scores

Ive seen some pretty hefty ones. Our team ( team 279 ) put up the high score at both regionals we went to...

we got a 74-7 victory at great lakes on our first match friday which i think was still the high score saturday night

and we got a 116 - 17 victory in our second quarter finals match at buckeye which know rode out the rest of the weekend.

we have pulled some other high scored to. just not that high or inbetween.

team 230 capped seven during a match at utc, and those seven were the only ones capped for the entire red alliance. this was when our autonomous mode wasn't working, so they were all in driver-operated two minutes - now, we also make four-point autonomous plays, in addition to our triple stacking.

Re: 05 World Wide High Scores

Well sooner or later someone was going to beat the 121. Congrats to 1114,1305, 1511. Job well done! But I wonder How many times the highest score will change in Atlanta. Will there be a 130,140,150 perhaps a 200 if possible. Hmm I wonder, we shall find out between April 21-23. I'm looking forward to Atl, woot woot!!! Krispie Kreams, yum!

Re: 05 World Wide High Scores

The max score would be a 213-216 not sure which because I really don't remember the exact number of tetras available.

Oliver is right, that was a really special match. All nine goals were owned by red. The alliance had 12 tetras on top of goals, 2 tetras contained (the hangers from autonomous), and all three teams back in their endzone.

80 + 36 + 2 + 10 = 128.

At first I thought this was the high score across FIRST, but Steve W mentioned to me that he had heard of or seen two higher scores.
