A beautiful Chocolate-Brown 1990 Oldsmobile Delta '88. The all digital displays are kinda wierd, and the fuel gauge never displays less than half a tank.

Re: What kind of car do you drive??

This morning I test drove a 2005 50th Anniversary Ford ThunderBird Convertible.
OH YEAH this thing is sweet, and I am a dodge guy. But this is probably the only car in my opinion that Ford has done right. With the 3.9L V8 putting out close to 280 HP this car flys. I still have goose bumps.

My current day-to-day car is a 1996 Mercedes E320, but I still drive my 1988 Chevy Blazer on the weekends

LOL. Goosebumps from the new thunderbird? Test drive a GT mustang, GTO, Trans am, Camaro or Any corvette. I was luck enough to do a ride along at a Autocross in a 96 corvette C4, That car will put you in the seats!!! The torque of those cars is simply amazing!!

The EV 1 felt faster off the line then a standard corvette. I got to ride along in side by side comparisons in a Corvette, Mustang, Trans-am and Camaro in 2001. I was also in a EV1 on a nearby track.

The EV 1 was a GM limited production/test car. It was all electric and was only available for lease during the late 90s in California. All electric means all torque available all the time. It was an amazing vehicle, but sadly, GM destroyed them all rather then sell them. Coefficent of drag of 0.19? Axel torque of 1206 lb ft? Electric landspeed record of 183 MPH?
Brilliant piece of engineering. A few more factoids.

Ah yes I rember the EV-1 Quite well, but I must admit those are some very fascinating numbers! I could see how it felt so fast of the line with that much torque. I simply belive that the ev1 was simply too far ahead of its time.

Nice work Bchan! Feel that GM power!! Now if only we could get you to part ways with those Mopars

NEVER, Mopar is still the best however I do have appreciation for muscle cars, like the Vette and the T- Bird. It was fun driving in a piece of history and heritage. But Mopar will always be the best to me.

Re: What kind of car do you drive??

Well the Exploder finally earned its name lol. And the new addition is a Silver 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. So my Silver 2004 Jeep Liberty Columbia Edition now has a companion.

Re: What kind of car do you drive??

Hmmm....i've come to the conclusion that i drive many cars, but the title does not state specifically how often
the list includes:
1. 1988 Ford Ranger (on a regular basis)
2. 1986 Chrysler Fifth Avenue (on a regular basis)
Now for cars i HAVE driven.
3. 1999 Pontiac Grand Am
4. 2003 Chrysler Sebring
5. 1989 Chevy pickup
6. 1986 Toyota pickup
7. 2004 Ford f350 DUMP TRUCK
8. 2003 Lexus
9. 2003 Honda Accord
10. 2004 volvo
now for my fav.'s
11. 2003 Cadillac Escalade (w/ dvd, xbox, system, etc.)
12. 2004 Cadillac ESV (WOW)
13. 2004 Audi TT Roadster....(i tihnk i drooled a little)
and the best yet....
14. 2005 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage.....it's got a V12, and does well over 200 mph....wow....i didn't want to get out of that one.

now you're all wondering why a 16 yr old that's only had his license for a month has driven all these awesome cars....well....hmmmm.....maybe i'll just keep it a secret for a bit longer.... (and NO it was not in a video game...this is the real deal lol)

Does this count as a car?

My only complaint is that it is governed to 85.
