The highlighted areas were just to emphasize / answer the questions raised throughout the thread based on the FIRST Q & A responses.
Edit, i understand your question now --- "Teams can unpack once the crates are removed from the pit area." I assume this means to focus on getting stuff out of the crate and into the pit area quickly so that crates can be moved.
