Why didn't we just do 4 rounds with round 3 the same as round 1 and round 4 the same as round 2? Everyone would have more teams that way too

The 1st round of selections can begin at anytime, with Jack Murphy leading off. The 1st round list will be fully posted in the thread that i created earlier.
