Yes, I can believe it. The airlines usually like to take you way out of the way--Chicago, for instance. Our team somehow received the only sensible routing that I've heard of from LAX to ATL (other than non-stop). We have a half-hour stop in Dallas-Ft. Worth. It appears to be about 100 miles south of the shortest direct route (following a great circle).

Hey, everyone who's flying, maybe I didn't look closely enough, but I haven't seen listed the ONE THING that you need to get on your plane: Photo ID. (And get your boarding pass in the airport if you can't get it online the night before.)
