Congrats 1574 and 1577!

For those of you who don't recognize those numbers .. they are the 2 teams that made it all the way from Israel to Atlanta. I didn't a chance to see 1577 (because they were on another field) but I did manage to see a couple of matches from 1574 (they were on Curie with us), and I was quite impressed. I couldn't begin to imagine the constraints you guys had put on you, I'm sure materials were hard to find locally (even we have to order a lot of stuff off the internet), and you guys came up with some impressive bots. Our rookie year, we had a lot of help from former FIRST teams, and we still worked extremely hard to make it to Atlanta. I couldn't imagine being in another country, and having no idea what to expect.

Hopefully we can get more teams from other parts of the world going (I'm sure they would like to have a full regional like most of the USA ones .. with 35-55 teams). Way to go on an awesome rookie year (to all the Israeli teams .. not just the 2 that made it to Atlanta) and good luck next year. Congrats again, and good luck next year. On a lighter note, since I know those teams read CD, what was it like? Your regional had 12 (I think?) teams, and you guys came to an arena with over 300. What'd you guys think of it? I'd love to hear it!
