Animators Union

hey everyone, while walking around nationals handing out my cds i was asking if any1 would be interested in starting and animators union. due to the success and numerous teams being very enthusiastic about starting one i am going to now start this tread to gather info of teams and people interested in becoming involved. i am hoping with this union to create a group of people who will have a place to gather, ask for help, and to ensure that autodesk and first continue to maintain the contest and rules of the Autodesk Visualization Award in the future. Assuming this all goes to plan i can see a website/forum being created and the union would hold a great deal of respect and input into the AVA. If your interested in joining and have any other ideas just respond to this tread.

Re: Animators Union

sounds like a cool idea. i read the thread about animation getting "shafted" and not only can a union help people exchange info, it can help the AVA get more attention. If FIRST sees that we are serious, they may take steps to give AVA a better show. hope this kicks off well.
