I think you should start working on the animation as soon as possible. You need to find every resource you can on the software from anyone you can. Last year we had 2 seniors that worked on the animation, and when they left the took all of their info with them and we never got a chance to get in touch with them. so this year we had to do it all by our selves. (didnt turn out so good). We are starting the storyboard this week for next years team.
