Team 330 I'm so proud of you! The Beach Bot has been my favorite bot all season ever since I saw it on practice day at Sacramento!
Team 67, congratulations on winning Champs AND Chairman's! Now THAT'S a Champion!
Team 503, to be honest I had never heard of you before yesterday! But you're awesome and you have a great team name!

You guys were awesome thank you so much for accepting our alliance offer. Also Congratulations to the First champions and all the finalists. I am proud that i am able to leave buzz as a graduating senior a division winner.

Re: Championship Winners!

I would like to congratulate teams 330 67 and 503 on their championship win. I would like to congratulate team 67 on their chairmans win. but the team that I am most impressed with in that alliance is team 503 the frog force. They went from losing in the semis at Great Lakes to winning the chairmans award at Detroit to winning the national championship. I am willing to bet that they were up there in the national chairman's race. They have made a name for them selves this year. i am throughly impressed.

p.s Thanks for the shirt.

No FIRST team has ever won the Championship Chairman's Award and the Championship at the same time. As a matter of fact, if you look at all of the Hall of Fame teams who have won the Chairman's Award, none of them have ever won the FIRST Championships.

So... team 67 is the first team to win Chairman's Award and Championships, AND the first Chairman's Award winning team to EVER win a Championship.

-------

But... winning the Championships was not just about team 67. They were a part of a great alliance, led by team 330.

The alliance we were on was one of many that they beat on their way to a Championship win. The view from behind the operator station was like seeing a wave of tetras coming at us.

Kudos to teams 330, 67, and 503. They are a great alliance who had the right strategy to win. Also, it is great to see 3 teams who are all great FIRST examples. Each of these teams have provided tremendous support to their communities and FIRST over the years, and it is good to see them come out on top in the FRC competition.

Re: Championship Winners!

I just wanted to say thanks so much to teams 67 and 503! Both of you guys have incredible teams and robots! We were so excited that teams as good as yourselves agreed to play with us! Thanks!!! Hope to see you both next year! Have you ever considered coming to the SoCal regional??? Congrats to team 67 for winning Chairman's!!!!!!

To 254, 56, and 64: What an amazing alliance!!!! It was an honor to even being playing on Einstein with such great teams! I was so impressed at your graciousness when the final score was up and you guys came rushing over to congratulate us! Over the years 330 has had the privilege of playing on an alliance with each of your teams and would love to do it anytime in the future!

Thanks to everyone who cheered us on. We really appreciate your support!

One thing I liked so much about the alliance is that each team is a past or present chairman's award winner. 330 won at the regional level in 2003 and 2004, 67 won the nationals runner up in 98 and 99 as well as regional and national this year, and 503 won it at the regional level this year.

Each team had several match winning caps in the final seconds. The whole alliance improved tremendously from when we were on Newton and capped between 14-16 tetras a match to in the finals when we were capping 20-22 tetras a match.

Congratulations to all of the Teams at Championships. Especially to those teams who were not fortunate enough to be able to play in the finals. Making it to Championships is an achievement in itself. I was really happy to see the Gracious Professional of all those teams who stayed to watch even though they weren't competing.
Congratulations also to all the alliances we faced in the Curie Division. None of you made it easy for us.
A HUGE Congratulations to all the other division winners. Especially teams 330, 503, and 67. You were a wonderful alliance.
Thank you so much to teams 33 and 108. We were unbelievably lucky to have the two of you on our alliance. I remember how excited we were that we were able to pick 33. You were our first choice from the very first day. And 108, we could hardly believe that you were still there for the second round of picking. Thank you both so much.
I had a wonderful time at Championships this year! I can't wait for next year!

Actually team 144 won the championship either the year before or after (I can't quite remember) they won the Chairman's award.
