It would seem that Fluffy has a pretty electric personality then. Although looking at the picture, keeping Fluffy on the team shouldn't be a problem, it would seem that you need to come up with some way to corral her (him?) to be available when needed.
You all have ample time to get your sleep in from the final day of nationals to the friday before kickoff. There should be no reason why anyone will need sleep for the next 6 weeks and then some. You all have had enough of sleep or hibernation, now its time to wake up and do some work =). - mtaman02 [more]
