More then two parties is so much more interesting.
I take it a person doesn't win a seat, but rather the party wins x seats per y votes? That seems to be what you indicated. Wetzel |

no, in each constituency there are usually 5 odd candidates, the people then go and vote for the candidate . The party with the most winning candidates/first (aka first to 380 odd) wins.
