The Boilermaker Regional Committee invited at least one pre-rookie team to the regional this year, giving tours and explaining the competition. IndianaFIRST (long before it was known as IndianaFIRST) has been cultivating rookies throughout the state for several years. Many of the existing teams have started this way.

This is an excellent way to help rookies get on their feet. Kudos to you for coming up with such a program.
