Re: 217 Vs. 229 - Which Bot is Prettier?

IF TEAM 229 WOULD COME TO THE IRI THEN WE COULD HAVE A VOTE ON IT DURING THE AWARDS CEREMONY AND AWARD A 'PRETTIER BOT' TROPHY TO ONE OF THEM.

THAT WOULD REQUIRE 229 SIGNING UP AND COMING TO THE IRI.

229 - BETTER HURRY, ONLY 13 SPACES LEFT.

Re: 217 Vs. 229 - Which Bot is Prettier?

Believe me, if Denominator would fit in the back of my car and I wasn't currently living in Washington DC for the summer, I would make sure she would be there. She still looks really pretty sitting at Clarkson and helping admissions though.

217 is awsome because metal is always better than any original color

Unfortunately, most of the 229 college kids are spread out across the country right now, and no one is able to take responsibility for making an "IRI Road Trip" happen. Some of the HS students tried to put something together, but unfortunately it didn't work out. Maybe next year...

I hear you may have some 229 representation anyways, even if there is no 229 robot (FIRSTers are drawn to IRI...). I guess everyone will be content just cheering for the sister team; 217 . Those chickens are terrific.

Go Thor!

Drat, I guess 116 wont get a chance to beat 229 this year .
We'll have to settle for beating the other beauty, 217!

okay, wed probably get crushes by either team, but that doesnt matter!

Re: 217 Vs. 229 - Which Bot is Prettier?

229 is definitely more appealing to the eye, whereas 217 looks more complicated. I would have to stick with 229, though, just because it has gold and black .

91-90, 229 leading. Wow, it's still amazingly close.
