Very good post Matt... you are making a good point there in your post.
... one thing I definitely have to agree with you is we are not welcoming the new members the way we used to. All of us (no offense to anyone) need to face the fact that they are new, they don't know the forum rules by heart or as well as most of the veterans do on the forum. I admit, when I was a new member on the forum, I didn't know half of the things, took me a while to get used to it. For example, it took me a while to get used to the search feature on the forum. Thats my opinion. |
