SI2005

Yeah! I'm excited! I get to go to SI2005. (1 of 15 in Ohio)

It's basically a summer computer time at the Ohio Supercomputer center.

Sorry. Just getting psyched

Do your states have similar things?

Congrats

It is a good program and you will learn a lot of interesting new stuff.

I was one of the teacher participants in the Summer Institute last summer, and a couple of my students (who are also team members) have participated in the last couple of years. I was able to bring some good ideas about parallel processing into the classroom this year because of my participation last year. You not only get to learn interesting new stuff, but you get to make friends with a bunch of bright kids from all over the state.
