Re: Teams losing lots of seniors
After the 2003 season, 340 lost a ton of students. We only had 5 return. It was like starting new. A large part of the people that left had been the freshmen that started the team 4 years previous in 2000. It was sad, it was tough, we weren't sure how it would be okay.
In 2004, we were undefeated at Buckeye, and won the Newton division in our strongest showing yet. Sometimes change is good. Seniors will be missed. But, if they've done their job right, they won't be irreplaceable. |
