The airport is on the west side of Indy, and the IRI is on the Northeast side.
You might check for hotels in the 465 / I69 / 82nd street area. Check the CD posting for some hotel deals.

If you stay at the airport, you will drive an extra 45 minutes, and go right past the IRI facility on your way from Rochester!
