Go to Post I'd say it is somewhat addicting. But I think that is a good thing. It proves that knowledge can be addicting. How cool is that? Now, if we could just get everyone addicted to knowledge, just think of what we can accomplish.:D - Molten [more]

Re: Ridiculous iPod Accessories

I saw the best one in i think laptop mag it was thing that you mount in the wall and it allows you to plug your ipod into the wall, charge it and connect it to your home speaker system

Re: Ridiculous iPod Accessories

I saw this little glove/case/stand for the iPod that basically made it into a little person (It was in a article in my local paper, and I can't find a link), and you could even download a app to the iPod that would show a face on the screen. I guess it would make an entertaining display case for your iPod, if you didn't take it any where, but even then it seems a little useless (especially compared to functional iPod docks and speaker systems which you can plug the iPod directly into.

Re: Ridiculous iPod Accessories

i dont see the appeal of an iPod i especially dont like how they run their battery service. did you know that if you send in your iPod they wont ship you yours back they ship another one. (at least that was what an article i read said) my friend gave me his iPod and i just opened it up and pryed out the battery. it cost half the price they charged and was easy. (note if you do this make sure you know what your doing as you can easily fry them and then you have to buy a new one).

Re: Ridiculous iPod Accessories

O yeah... the repair service is crappy to say the least. I just wasted a week and half sending mine in for battery maintenance and all they did was reinstall the Firmware. I could have done that myself and it still drops down to 80% battery life and dies...

Useless iPod Accessory: iPod Sock... just a waste of $30... I always thought you were supposed to keep them cool?

Usefull iPod Accessories: Voice Recorder, Arm Band.
