O yeah... the repair service is crappy to say the least. I just wasted a week and half sending mine in for battery maintenance and all they did was reinstall the Firmware. I could have done that myself and it still drops down to 80% battery life and dies...
 Useless iPod Accessory: iPod Sock... just a waste of $30... I always thought you were supposed to keep them cool? Usefull iPod Accessories: Voice Recorder, Arm Band.
