It's those bored forum moderators who have nothing else to do, so they move posts around randomly to try and mess with your head. They were probably really bummed out because they weren't at the IRI.

Actually, if the moderators think a thread better fits in another area, they will move it. I think this one started in chit-chat, but got moved here.
