I'll give some imput for activities.....
One thing i really like that kept me entertained for awhile was "interactive" activites. A great example of this was the team party after the Motorlola Regional....they had obsticale courses, basketball courts, "skooter/tricycle/misc races", and many other activities for the kids.... Another cool thing (or atleast i thought) is to have the team party at a "special place" like the team party in Cleveland. The party was at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and they had food set up in different spots, w/ band/dance floor, and the kids/adults were free to roam the entire place....
