Yes this hurricane is huge. Hurricane Andrew (which i was in when i was 4) was only 140 mph -- and this is 175 mph -- no joke. we have damage all over our complex due to the tropical storm winds ... about 1/9 of what it is now. well maybe a bit stronger.
Please everyone take care and prepare. Batteries, generators, WATER, radios, edible food, charge your phones -- don't overlook anything. i'm wondering what New Orleans is going to do -- the city's below sea level as it is. Our prayers ARE with you --
