Right now, it's $2.65 around Houghton. Should be going up again soon, though.

We were in Brookfield last Thursday for a tennis tournament and one of the gals on the bus pointed out a sign for $2.92 for gas in Brookfield. Oconomowoc keeps flopping like a ....(ahem).... dead fish from $2.50-2.90 per gallon. Luckily, my car can still be filled on $20 because, like Nick, I have a small (12 gallon) tank that "empties" at about 7 gallons.

And I can still totally whomp those gigantic pickup trucks and SUVs that everyone and their cousin have decided that they must drive to navigate the rough terrain of the grocery store parking lot.
