Is your anti-virus up to date?

Our school Exchange server runs a virus check on every piece of email that comes in. We catch about 2-6 virus attachements a day. I have no idea if we got one from the Meeting Company though as I am not the contact for that.

Have you run a virus scan on these files? Any less than weekly updates is not soon enough by the way. Going without a virus scanner is insane.
